1.Copyright and Intellectual Property
All artworks, photographs, and related materials provided by Porter Gallery, including Neville Porter’s works, remain protected under the New ZealandCopyright Act 1994and international copyright laws.The buyer acquires a license for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, public display, or any other commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
2.Payment
Porter Gallery reserves the right to withhold delivery until payment is received.
3.Delivery and Shipping
Porter Gallery will arrange delivery or shipping as agreed with the buyer. All deliveries are fully insured. Shipping costs are excluded in the purchase price and may vary depending on destination.Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4.Returns and Refunds
Please bear in mind that due to the nature of the artworks, colours and textures may vary slightly from what is viewed online or at the gallery. All sales are final. Returns or refunds are not accepted unless the item is damaged during shipping.
Exchanges may be considered under certain circumstances, subject to prior approval by Porter Gallery. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred in exchanging artwork unless agreed otherwise.
Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for consideration.
5.Limitation of Liability
Porter Gallery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of the artwork. Liability is limited to the purchase price paid.
6.Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
